Raw video. This is a quick walk around of my house and back yard using the Cyber Shot W350 (Blue) in 720p Fine mode, which is 9 Mbps. Im only a little disappointed that the camera was losing focus as I walked around sometimes. Also you can clearly hear the zoom.
